Cocoroya Cutting Edge is an exciting new store in the world famous Niseko Ski resort in Hokkaido, northern Japan, located in the NAC building on the main street of the resort.

For many years, we successfully operated the Cocoroya Niseko store, selling old and new Japanese Treasures.

The NEW Cororoya Cutting Edge has an impressive range of Japanese cooking knives, handmade and handpicked by the owner, Yuji Otani – Japanese sushi master chef, as well as a select range of Japanese antiques and retro collectables.

We also manage property through our Japanese Management business – helping both Japanese and English speaking people live and work together in this amazing international community, by offering bi-lingual property management services and other support services for residents and visitors.
